This privacy policy explains how “PAC Agenda” Ltd. (registration number 40003881903, legal address Albatrosu street 26-46, Riga), hereinafter PAC Agenda, implements the protection of your privacy, our data processing methods, the way your personal data is collected and used, and your options to restore, correct or delete your personal data at our disposal.

Collection, use and distribution of information.

When communicating with us via e-mail, as well as applying for seminars, receiving news, or when contacting us via the contact form, we receive information about you (for example, name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.).

Whenever you provide such information, it will be processed and stored in accordance with this privacy policy. PAC Agenda will act in accordance with effective regulatory enactments and we will always try to follow the good practice and fully protect your personal data. Any information provided by you will be used only for PAC Agenda’s internal purposes and will not be disclosed further, except in cases where it is required in accordance with regulatory enactments.

What information does PAC Agenda collect and how will it be used?

We collect only the information that is necessary for our work and it will be used for the following purposes:

  • contact information (e-mail address, phone number) for communication with you regarding your question, application for the seminars, consultations or other services;
  • the names and surnames of the participants of the seminar (at the request of the participant, also the personal code) for the preparation of certificates of participation in the seminar;
  • payer details for invoicing for seminars you would like to attend or services that you would like to use;
    • the information specified in the applications for the seminars will be saved also after attending the seminar to ease applying for the future seminars, so that you can do it via e-mail, just stating your name, organization and the seminar you are interested in; At your request, this information can be deleted at any time;
  • e-mail address (if you have indicated in the application to the seminar that you want to receive news, or you have subscribed to news) for sending information about the seminars, services, which might interest you and be useful to you (in rare cases, we can also send you information about the training services provided by other, very carefully selected organizations).  If you wish to cancel receipt of information, you can unsubscribe at any time, or change the frequency and topics of the news, using the unsubscribe link in the e-mail, or by writing to our e-mail pacagenda@pacagenda.lv

When filling out the forms on this website, part of the information requested in them is mandatory (these sections of information are marked with * in the contact form and application forms), part of the information can be submitted at your discretion. For example,

  • when subscribing for news about seminars and the services, your e-mail will be required. If you also indicate the topics you are interested in, it will allow us to prepare offers that are more relevant to your interests;
  • when applying for the seminars, we will ask you to indicate your name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and, if the payer is a legal entity, also the details of the payer – company name, registration number, legal address (individuals can choose whether to indicate their personal code and address or not). This information is necessary so that we can prepare an invoice, certificate of participation in the seminar and contact you about the courses you have chosen.

Other information (account no., title) can be submitted at your discretion. You can specify the account number if you want this information to be included in the invoice. If you indicate your title when applying for the seminar, we will be very grateful as information about the title of the participants of this or another seminar allows us to better adapt the information provided in the seminars to the specifics of the work of the participants and improve the quality of teaching; but if you don’t want to indicate your title, you don’t have to do it.

The list of participants of corporate seminars are deleted immediately after the certificates of participation in training are issued.

  • when requesting a corporate training price calculation, using the corresponding form, without providing contact information, we will ask you to indicate the represented company / institution. This is necessary so that we can be sure that the requester of the price calculation represents a real organization and could be our potential customer.

In what cases will PAC Agenda contact me?

We will only contact you about topics related to our work.

Will PAC Agenda distribute (share) information about me?

PAC Agenda will never distribute the information you provide and will keep your personal data confidential, except:

  • in cases specified in regulatory enactments;
  • in cases when we have to provide the list of participants of the seminars, photos reflecting the progress of the events, copies of certificates of participation in training issued to training participants, etc. (e.g. in EU projects).

How long will PAC Agenda keep information about me and is it possible to update, correct or delete my data?

We will store information about you in our database for no longer than is necessary. Please write to the e-mail address pacagenda@pacagenda.lv or send a request to the postal address Tvaika street 16-110, Riga, LV-1005, Latvia, if you want to correct, update or delete your information. You will be able to receive information about your personal data at our disposal after you, as the requester of the data, will be identified. Therefore, upon request to correct or delete your data at our disposal, the data will be stored for the limited period of time reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is not being accessed or corrected or deleted by a third party.

By sending the request, you may:

  • find out if we have any data about you and, if so, what exactly;
  • correct / change the your data at our disposal;
  • ask us to delete any your data at our disposal;
  • find out how we use your data.
