Willpower and discipline
We have heard a lot about the fact that people who have achieved a lot in their lives have a strong willpower. We have also heard that people who are highly disciplined and have specific and consistent habits are just as successful or even more successful.
Almost every one of us has at least once tried to understand our habits, to implement some discipline measures in our daily routine, work, personal growth, but after a while we notice that we have deviated from the set course and we start not to manage our everyday life, but everyday life starts to manage us.
The question now arises whether you should start using willpower? And will you have to use willpower in your private life and work for the rest of your life?
We often understand that willpower is limited and you might ask where to get it, how to train, develop it, how to become the best version of yourself without wasting money, time and energy?
