Achieving Professional and Personal Potential, Enhancing Well-being.

Inner Child and Well-being. Healing Old Traumas.

CORPORATE SEMINAR ONLINE OR IN PERSON

We react to the world from the perspective of when we first entered it. Many inherent mental reactions and behavioral patterns can hinder our self-development, well-being, and communication with society.

Often, without knowing or feeling ourselves, we unintentionally hurt those around us and ourselves. To truly understand ourselves, we must gain awareness of our inner child—not punishing or breaking it but guiding and aligning it.

This seminar is designed to foster professional growth, improve personal relationships, and enhance interactions with family, ancestry, and society.

The techniques taught in the seminar can be applied according to each participant’s individual needs and goals.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES:
  • Strengthened emotional stability;
  • Increased level of mindfulness;
  • Healing of old, perhaps even unconscious, psychological traumas;
  • Greater potential for achievement and professional growth;
  • Clearer vision for further self-development without force, effort, or emotional distress—choosing one’s own goals rather than those imposed by society.

FEEDBACK FROM OTHER SEMINARS BY ANDREJS:

“I rate this seminar very highly—one of the best PAC agenda trainers, I would even say No. 1. Very structured, stayed on topic, and kept the audience engaged. Many speakers could learn from him.
The topic was relevant and valuable, presented clearly, and most importantly—practical examples, techniques, and tools were provided that can be applied immediately. Often, I attend seminars looking for answers but don’t receive them—this time, I got much more than expected!”

“This is a topic you can listen to and learn from over and over again—life never stops, new situations arise, and new questions emerge. In reality, it’s a profound journey of self-work, and after this lecture, I felt motivated and confident that I can handle it. Thank you to the lecturer for his brilliant, intellectual, yet engaging and humorous approach! It’s that spark that makes things easier to understand, inspires change, and drives personal growth.”

“The lecturer made me reflect on many important aspects, offering ‘mechanisms’ for improvement.”

“Concise and clear content, directly related to real life.”
