Internal communication of the organization for employee motivation

ONLINE CORPORATE SEMINAR

Internal communication itself is ensures the successful execution of the organization’s tasks and functions, so that cooperation with customers and cooperation partners proceeds more successfully and quickly. So why not develop internal communication as a motivation mechanism for employees? How to do it? That’s what this lecture is about.

  • will explain how to build internal communication and organizational structures in such a way that people, working in these internal structures, are part of them, see the common mechanism, understand the need of the processes, get personal confirmation through the success of the organization and are motivated to work (the employee remuneration system will not be the main motivational component in this case),
  • and will also examine the positive experience of several Scandinavian SMEs and small municipalities in the use of internal communication in building employee motivation and the possibilities of adopting this experience in other organizations.

Manager and public relations specialist experience – more than 13 years, gained while working in such facilities of national importance as Liepaja city concert hall “Lielais Dzintars”, EUROPASS CV, Study in Latvia, etc.
Obtained the highest academic degree in behaviourism (University of Vienna), master’s degree in public relations.
Since 2005, he has been conducting seminars and trainings for various audiences both in Latvia and elsewhere in the world on improving leadership skills, stress and conflict management, procrastination, optimizing brain activity, building public relations, communication, telemarketing, public speaking, and other topics.
