HR Management. Agile and Appropriate to the Situation.

In this series of seminars, you will gain an understanding of those individual mechanisms that greatly influence the effectiveness of HR management, as well as knowledge of matching management tools to a specific situation, people and the team as a whole.

We will talk about the following HR management tools:

  • Emotional intelligence (EQ) as a tool in communication;
  • work planning as an individually tailored tool;
  • tools for the team development as a self-regulating organism

SEMINAR TOPICS

Part 1. Emotional intelligence in communication.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is a communication tool to manage every day or business communication. EQ is an agile and naturally comfortable way to achieve positive communication even in communication-challenging environment and situations.

EQ tools are most often much more successful than a high Intelligence Quotient (IQ) in communication with customers, business partners. Since 1995, EQ has been considered one of the main competencies of a successful leader in business, cancelling a century-long theory about the irrefutable importance of IQ.

Content of the seminar:

  • EQ explanation and practical field of application;
  • Awareness of emotions;
  • EQ in the work environment;
  • EQ as a positioning tool;
  • EQ environment change tools;
  • Emotion tools in motivation and productivity.

After the seminar:

  • you will learn to preserve the internal resources in communication;

Part 2. Agile day planning based on the principles of brain activity.

There are many time management systems, but they will not be effective for everyone. The most important is to find the most convenient and suitable ones for you, as one of the biggest challenges in reaching your potential is planning your time and proper distribution of your personal resources.

Neuroscience reveals more opportunities to analyze circumstances in such a way that we reach our desired potential.

Content of the seminar:

  • Principles of brain activity during focused work;
  • Principles of brain activity in multitasking work;
  • Using emotional intelligence in self-management;
  • Routine reduction (up to elimination) tools;
  • Focus training systems to ensure a healthy work environment;

  • management skills in a stressful work environment.
Part 3. Communication development in the team.

The approach, where the manager of the organization is also the manager of the team and the team focuses on the manager as the main team element, is dysfunctional and outdated. The team is a self-regulating, living organism that needs a place to develop, grow and learn.

Content of the seminar:

  • Understanding of the group and group dynamics;
  • The use of leaders and managers in team building;
  • Implementation and analysis of the team motivational tools;
  • Team building based on X and Y axis principles (Douglas McGregor);
  • Implementation of the working Top-Down and Bottom-up system.

After the seminar:

  • you will receive information on how to work with a group (team);
  • you will learn how to preserve your personal energy while managing the team;
  • you will master the tools which will turn the team into a self-regulating organism that develops new leaders;
  • you will gain tools that can foster in employees a sense of responsibility for the growth of the team;
  • you will learn how to organically and skilfully build the team the part of which employees want to be.
