Effective communication for the organization image building
Effective communication (both internal and external) is one of the informal capitals of the company / institution, which determines the representativeness, credibility and image of the organization.
In this seminar, you will learn practical methods to improve internal and external communication in the company / institution and, therefore, the attitude of customers, cooperation partners, industry professionals, potential and existing employees towards the organization as a whole.
You will also learn how to involve employees in improving the communication culture of the organization and motivate them to improve their communication style, type, and form.

- Insight into the most common communication mistakes. Analysis of information distribution and communication channels with customers.
- Mechanisms for effective change of communication to the desired:
- implementation of changes;
- organization culture changes;
- group communication changes;
- information transfer strategy and implementation of tactics.
- Means of crisis communication. Methods that help to avoid “difficult” communication:
- retreating from a position and changing it in public and individual communication;
- implementing communication changes in an environment where communication has failed;
- introduction of new communication tools.
- Analysis of communication channels and application to the organization. Practical work on adapting communication tools to organizations.
- Development of communication maps, a guide to smooth communication.
- Analysis of the employees behaviour in the organization and contribution of each individual to the development of the organization image.
