Communication in the working environment 1 / Improvement of written communication

In the modern world, where face-to-face meetings and face-to-face conversations are often replaced by written communication in e-mails and newsletters, it is often difficult to evaluate how this communication worked and how effective it is. Analysing the results of real written communication tasks, one has to conclude that often the sender of the text and its recipient perceive, understand and interpret the content of the text in different ways.

In this seminar, we will talk about how to improve written communication, how to introduce its content analysis and raise employees’ understanding of the written communication process as a whole.

This seminar is not about grammar and spelling! This seminar is about the nature and purpose of correspondence, its content, strategy, achieving the goals and tasks of correspondence, emotional expressions in it, etc. In short, for your writing to be understood exactly as you intended.
